About Sam
Born in India and raised in New England, I have a unique range of personal experiences. I have developed a distinctive understanding of human behavior, motivation and success throughout my time spent in India and America. Human nature is capable of limitless potential and fulfilling gratification. It is not only hard work that creates success, it is perception, outlook, determination and the vision to manifest desires and dreams that makes an individual or group truly extraordinary. Coaching is a tool that unlocks an individual, group or an organization’s untapped potential to create shifts and meaning.
I have a proven history of having met and exceeded deliverable results in fast paced environments, including Hospitals, New York City Public Schools and Non-Profit Organizations, which has led to out of the box thinking, creative solutions to problems, opportunities for team collaboration and constructive communication. Over the past decade, I have contributed to and developed, innovative and efficient tools for Department Wide Educational Programs, worked closely with Teams to increase productivity and have established projects to promote targeted goals, streamline workflow, and increase employee satisfaction in the work environment.
After completing undergraduate studies at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, I hold a Bachelors of Art in Psychology and a Minor in Music. My passion for further education led me to pursue a Masters in Social Work at New York University. As I have always been drawn to the vibrancy and energy of Manhattan, much like my personality, New York City has been my home ever since. The city thrives on ambition, imagination and the power to make dreams a reality. As I continued on in my profession journey, it was a natural progression to complete training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPec). Coaching has added tremendous value, inspiration and capabilities to my mission to help clients and business reach their full potential.
